Payment terms
Paid checkout is currently disabled while Monitor is in private beta. No payment will be collected from a button labeled “Request early access.”
Prices and currency
When enabled, Monitor is listed at USD $19 per month or USD $190 per year. The checkout page shows the final charge before you approve payment. Applicable taxes may be calculated and added based on billing information and payment-provider rules.
Checkout provider
Payments are processed through Waffo Pancake's hosted checkout. EventProof does not directly collect full card details. The checkout may offer payment methods based on currency, location, device, and provider availability.
Renewal and cancellation
A subscription renews automatically for the selected monthly or yearly period until canceled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless the checkout or account page states otherwise. Cancel before renewal to avoid the next charge.
Refunds
You may request a refund within 7 calendar days after an initial charge if the paid monitoring service has not been materially used. Renewal charges and periods with substantial monitoring usage are generally non-refundable, except where law requires otherwise. Email the order email and order ID, never card details.
Failed payments and access
Access may be limited after a failed payment. We may retry a payment only as permitted by the provider and applicable rules. Restoring payment can restore service after the webhook confirms success.
Price changes
Existing subscribers will receive reasonable advance notice of a price change where required. Continuing after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance, subject to cancellation rights.
